Summer Solution

 

For Children ages 10 months
(by May 31, 2012) through 1st grade.
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

$80.00 for Week 1 (Tuesday-Friday)
$100 per week for Weeks 2, 3 & 4 (Monday-Friday)

Registration begins on March 12, 2012.
4 weeks:
May 29-June 1, 2012
June 4-8, 2012
June 11-15, 2012
June 18-22, 2012

Vacation Bible School: June 25-29, 2012.

• Each child will bring his/her own lunch.
• Each child needs to wear tennis shoes.
• Sandals, clogs, flip-flops, CROCS, etc. are not safe.
• A nonrefundable registration fee of $80.00, applied to your total tuition, must accompany each application.
• All tuition is due by May 31, 2012.

A completed physical examination & immunization form is required if your child does not have one on file at FBC.
