Clothes Closet

Hours of Operation:
Our Clothes Closet is open on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.

Criteria:
Anyone needing clothing may visit the clothes closet, however, they are encouraged to do so monthly. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

What Can A Person Expect To Get From the Clothes Closet?
We have men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, shoes, and various accessories such as hats, gloves, ties, belts, pocketbooks, and socks. No undergarments can be distributed unless they are new and still in their original store packaging.

Where Do the Items Needed For These Ministries Come From?
Clothes Closet items are all donated, mostly by church members and friends. Items that cannot be utilized in our clothes closet are given to other agencies who can use the items in their ministry and programs. Here is a general list of items we need donated. Please, no torn, dirty, or “old” items.

Volume:
We serve between 250 and 300 people a month.

Volunteer Opportunities:
1.  Person to take unusable clothes to the appropriate agencies.
2.  Regular and substitute workers in the clothes closet.
3.  Saturday workers
